For remote support, we use the excellent and very secure TeamViewer.
TeamViewer is a secure remote assistance tool used by millions of people the whole world over.
It allows you to provide remote access to your machine over the internet.
When run, it generates an ID unique to your machine and a password that changes every time the software is run.
Simply read these out to us when on the phone for example and this will enable us to connect to your machine to take a look at and resolve any minor issues.
Run the file once downloaded and choose Basic Install for Personal Use when prompted.
